• Live plants: pickup only; availability varies by season.

Returns

• Food products: not returnable. If damaged or defective, contact support@scorpionchile.cl within 48 hours for a replacement or partial refund.
• Live plants: final sale once picked up.
• Non‑food items: return within 30 days in original condition.
